Yes. Our e-bikes are 100% legal in Romania and in the whole European Union.

Under EU rules, which also apply in Romania, an e-bike counts as a normal bicycle only if:

• it has no throttle: the motor helps only while you pedal;
• the motor stops helping at 25 km/h;
• the motor power is maximum 250 W.

If an e-bike has a throttle, goes faster than 25 km/h or has a stronger motor, it is legally a moped, not a bicycle. To ride it you need:

• a driving licence;
• a registration plate;
• mandatory insurance (RCA).

Riding such a bike without these can get you a fine from the police. If you ride it without a driving licence, it is a criminal offence in Romania and you can end up in front of a judge.

That's why our e-bikes meet all three conditions: no throttle, 25 km/h maximum, 250 W. You can ride them without a licence, plate or insurance.

Message us on WhatsApp and choose your plan. Come to our Location with your documents, pay the first payment and sign the 4-week contract.

1. Residence card (TRC) or passport. Send us on WhatsApp a clear photo of the front and back of your residence card. If you don't have a TRC, send us on WhatsApp a photo of the passport page with your photo and personal details.

2. Your courier profile. Send a screenshot of your profile from the delivery app you work for (Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food etc.). Your name must be visible.

3. Your Gmail address.

4. Your full home address:

• Apartment: street and number, block, entrance, floor and apartment number.
• House: street and number.

E-bike + 1 battery: 150 RON

• First payment: 250 RON (150 RON for the first week + 100 RON deposit)
• Every week after that: 150 RON

E-bike + 2 batteries: 200 RON

• First payment: 300 RON (200 RON for the first week + 100 RON deposit)
• Every week after that: 200 RON

You pay the deposit only once, at the start.

The contract is for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks you can keep the e-bike, and the price stays the same:

• E-bike + 1 battery: 150 RON / week
• E-bike + 2 batteries: 200 RON / week

Yes. You get the 100 RON deposit back when you return the bike in good condition, with all batteries and accessories.

The e-bike has no throttle. You pedal and the motor helps you. There are 5 assist levels, and on every level the motor helps you up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h.

Range on one battery, by assist level:

• Level 1: about 60–70 km
• Level 2: about 50–60 km
• Level 3: about 40–50 km
• Level 4: about 30–40 km
• Level 5 (most help from the motor): about 20–30 km

With the 2-battery plan you can ride about twice as far.

You can pay in cash or by bank transfer.

When you sign the contract, we set your payment day together. Then you pay every week on that same day.

For example, if you start on a Tuesday, you pay every Tuesday.

Repairs from normal use are free.

Damage caused by accidents or misuse is paid by the rider.

Every bike has GPS tracking and comes with an anti-theft lock. Always lock it to a fixed point.

If the bike is stolen while it was not locked, the rider pays the value of the bike.
