To keep things transparent, please note that roadside assistance for flat tires or mechanical issues is not covered by the standard fee; it is available for a fixed fee of €15 per bike, deducted from your deposit.

• Personal insurance: We recommend having your own travel or health insurance while riding.
• Damage to the bike or equipment: Any repairs or replacements due to accidents or misuse will be charged from the security deposit.
• Fines or penalties: You are responsible for any traffic or parking tickets received during the rental period.
• Guided tours: Our service is "self-guided" using the digital map; we do not provide a physical guide.

We require a refundable €100 security deposit per booking, regardless of whether you rent 1 bike or up to 4 maximum bikes, when you receive the equipment. You can pay this via CASH or CARD.

For example:

• If you rent 1 to 4 bikes, the total security deposit is €100 for all the bikes.
• If you rent 5 to 8 bikes, the total security deposit is €200 for all the bikes.
• The security deposit increases by €100 for every additional 4 bikes.

• Cash deposits are returned instantly upon bike collection or return.
• Card holds are released immediately by us once we have the bikes back, but your bank may take 3–7 business days to process the transaction and show the funds in your account.

Yes! We deliver the e-bike FREE of charge anywhere in Bucharest, including hotels, apartments, homes and other locations. Pickup is also FREE.

To ensure a fast and efficient service for all our customers, we only accept online payments made in advance. Cash payments are accepted only for shop pick-up.

Estimated ranges in optimal conditions (good weather, assistance set to MAXIMUM, rider weight 75 kg):

• City Comfort — 30 km
• City Elite — 50 km
• City Sport — 40 km
• City Comutter — 60 km

If you use the MINIMUM assistance level, expect the range to increase by about 20–30 km.

Note: these are estimates — actual range depends on terrain, riding style, stops, rider weight, and use of pedal assist.

If you get a flat tire or any mechanical issue — e.g. broken chain, brake problem — call our support line. We will replace your bike as quickly as possible (typically within about 1 hour) for a fixed fee of €15 per bike, which will be deducted from your security deposit. If the problem is electrical (battery, motor, etc.), the replacement bike is provided free of charge. We will either fix the bike on the spot or bring a replacement so you can continue your ride.

Rentals are charged per day. If you picked up the bike yourself from our shop, the bike must be returned by our shop closing time (shown on your booking). We allow a 30‑minute grace period after closing. If the bike is returned later than the grace period, a late fee of €10 per hour per bike applies (charged in hourly increments, minimum 1 hour).

Yes. Always lock the bike with the high-security lock we provide — secure both the frame and a wheel to an immovable object (for example a bike rack or a traffic sign pole). Park in busy, visible locations (in front of shops or cafés) or in designated bike racks.

Remove any valuables or detachable accessories. The renter is responsible for the bike during the rental; if the bike is stolen or seriously damaged, call our support line and file a police report.
