How it works

A step-by-step guide

  • Book online and pay in full to secure your bike. Prepayment is available for both shop pick-up and hotel delivery (please note: hotel delivery requires a prepaid booking). We collect a refundable €100 security deposit at handover. Show your ID, receive a quick bike demo, and enjoy your ride! The deposit is refunded in full as soon as the bike is back with us, assuming everything is in good shape.

    • Fully charged electric bike.
    • Free pickup from our shop (Valea Lunga St, No. 58., Sector 6).
    • Safety helmet (sanitized).
    • Phone holder mounted on the handlebar for easy navigation.
    • Strong security lock for safe stops.
    • Full roadside support for electrical faults (battery or motor).
    • Access to our digital map showing restaurants, attractions, and useful stops.

    • Roadside assistance for flat tires or mechanical issues: A fixed fee of €10 per bike applies (deducted from your deposit).
    • Hotel Delivery & Pickup: Bringing the bikes directly to your accommodation is available for an additional fee of €15 (covers both delivery and collection).
    • Personal insurance: We recommend having your own travel or health insurance while riding.
    • Damage to the bike or equipment: Any repairs or replacements due to accidents or misuse will be charged from the security deposit.
    • Fines or penalties: You are responsible for any traffic or parking tickets received during the rental period.
    • Guided tours: Our service is "self-guided" using the digital map; we do not provide a physical guide.

To keep things transparent, please note that roadside assistance for flat tires or mechanical issues is not covered by the standard fee; it is available for a fixed fee of €10 per bike, deducted from your deposit.

  • We require a refundable €100 security deposit per booking, when you receive the equipment. You can pay this via CASH or CARD.

    • Cash deposits are returned instantly upon bike collection or return.
    • Card holds are released immediately by us once we have the bikes back, but your bank may take 3–7 business days to process the transaction and show the funds in your account.

  • No, hotel delivery and pickup are not included in the standard rental price. To provide this convenience, we charge a flat fee of €15 per booking. This fee covers both the delivery of the bikes to your hotel and their collection at the end of your rental period.

Note: Pickup directly from our shop in Sector 6 is always free of charge.

  • To ensure a fast and efficient delivery for all our customers, we only offer hotel delivery for bookings paid online in advance. Cash payments are accepted only for shop pick-ups.

  • Estimated ranges in optimal conditions (good weather, assistance set to maximum, rider weight 75 kg):

    • City Comfort — 30 km
    • City Elite — 50 km
    • City Sport — 40 km
    • City Comutter — 60 km

If you use the minimum assistance level, expect the range to increase by about 20–30 km.

Note: these are estimates — actual range depends on terrain, riding style, stops, rider weight, and use of pedal assist.

  • If you get a flat tire or any mechanical issue — e.g. broken chain, brake problem — call our support line. We will replace your bike as quickly as possible (typically within about 1 hour) for a fixed fee of €10 per bike, which will be deducted from your security deposit. If the problem is electrical (battery, motor, etc.), the replacement bike is provided free of charge. We will either fix the bike on the spot or bring a replacement so you can continue your ride.

  • Rentals are charged per day. If you picked up the bike yourself from our shop, the bike must be returned by our shop closing time (shown on your booking). We allow a 30‑minute grace period after closing. If the bike is returned later than the grace period, a late fee of €10 per hour per bike applies (charged in hourly increments, minimum 1 hour).

If you know you’ll be late, please call us.

  • Yes. Always lock the bike with the high-security lock we provide — secure both the frame and a wheel to an immovable object (for example a bike rack or a traffic sign pole). Park in busy, visible locations (in front of shops or cafés) or in designated bike racks.

Remove any valuables or detachable accessories. The renter is responsible for the bike during the rental; if the bike is stolen or seriously damaged, call our support line and file a police report.
